WRGPT34 Registration Information:

REGISTRATION FOR WRGPT34 (2024-2025) is closed.

There are a few things about WRGPT34 I want to let you know before you register.

  1. Timeouts can never be more than 24 hours so you MUST PLAY on WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS or you will time out.
  2. This registration is THREE STEPS.
    First, fill out the form on the next page.
    Second, click on the link emailed to you to confirm your email address.
    Third, click on the confirmation button on that web page.
  3. Vacation time is limited to 14 days. After that a vacation will be converted to AWOL.
  4. Hands will be limited to FOUR per day with a player on vacation. There is no limit to hands per day for AWOL players.
  5. Timeouts are FOUR office hours but shall never be more than 24 clock hours. This means you will have to check email and potentially play at least once on WEEKEND days and HOLIDAYS.
  6. Office hours are TEN hours per day.
  7. You have a limited number of TIMEOUTS before you will be REMOVED from the game. See the Timeout Policy for specific information.
  8. The server is in the PACIFIC timezone.
    Pacific time is THREE hours behind Eastern time and follows the same daylight savings rules as most of the USA.
  9. Each person can only play ONE stack.
  10. Each person can ONLY PLAY ONE STACK and must register for themselves.
    If we notice that a person is playing more than one stack, all involved stacks will be resigned without warning. So, do not play your friend's stack for them while they are gone. Let them be on vacation.
  11. If you are AWOL or on vacation for 28 days your stack will be removed.
    In order to keep the game fair any stack abandoned for 28 calendar days will be removed. Exceptions will be made if the floorman is notified BEFORE the 28 days have elapsed.
  12. Each player must register for themselves.
